SPACE PLANNING

SERVICES INCLUDE: 

• Block Plans: early stage planning for fit, flow and efficiency 

• Specific Furniture Plans: using manufacturer product/icons, a full scale space plan with exact furniture layouts.  

• Electrical Plans: electrical dimensions for construction and furniture installation purposes

• Architectural Backgrounds: creation of floorplan (walls/windows/doors) when AutoCAD files are not available 

• Reconfiguration of Existing Installations: if remote, with the correct information, we can complete reconfiguration plans

SALES SUPPORT

SERVICES INCLUDE:  

• 2020 CAP Worksheet Files: Bill of Material (BOM) creation with specific products per plans, including finishes applied and discounts for pricing/order entry; formatting can be adjusted per your organization's needs 

• PowerPoint Presentations: includes your company logo, space plans, furniture images, and more, per your presentation requirements 

• Black + White 2D/3Ds: provided with each revision for quick concept and layout confirmation

• Color Renderings: using Visual Impressions, and a clean AutoCAD file, we can render any product line in CAP Library 

LOCAL CLIENTS (SOUTHERN CA)

SERVICES INCLUDE:

• Field Measurements 

• Site Walks: (pre-construction/pre-installation)

• Reconfiguration Services: inventory onsite +/or parts lists 

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Typical project turnaround time is 24-48 hours

• By working directly with LH Workspace's independent design contractors, we provide highly efficient services, often with faster turnover than large design departments

• For all requests, we will call you to review any questions, prior to commencing work, saving you time and money

• Complete design information upon initial request will expedite your project completion date

• We can work within a budget and provide you with weekly or bi-weekly updates on hours worked per project

• Invoices are processed monthly, unless requested otherwise
