MARIA STOUT
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER / Specifier
Based in Southern California, Maria has held a variety of positions in the furniture industry for the past 14 years, both at dealerships and as an independent contractor. These include:

This variety of furniture industry experience has given Maria an expansive and unique knowledge base, not limited to the design process only. Maria has handled very large projects, with nationwide clients/firms and small, local installations.
DEANNA KUNKEL
PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR / Jr. Specifier
Deanna joined LH Workspace as project administrator after working in higher education advancement for a decade. She held various support and project-based roles in fundraising, donor relations, and prospect research. To say Deanna is a lover of details is an understatement. Deanna’s attention to detail coupled with her organizational skills are helping make the transition from the non-profit realm to commercial design.
Based in Massachusetts, Deanna enjoys knitting, cheering on New England teams, and playing with her dog, Minnie. She is a proud undergraduate alumna of Providence College, and also holds a Master’s in nonprofit management from Northeastern University.
COLLEEN WILLIAMS
DESIGNER / Specifier
Colleen is a High Point University graduate, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design with a minor in Furniture Marketing.Â
Colleen has 13+ years' experience designing commercial interiors across the country and has worked with a variety of designers, architects and general contractors to successfully manage projects from conception to installation. Her expertise in problem-solving within a project's scope, attention to detail and experience will help you meet your clients' expectations and needs.
